Practice Areas

Military Therapy

Individualized plans to help members of the military deal with stress, anxiety, depression, and anything related to mental health as it effects your ability to serve.

Traumatic event

We specialize in trauma counseling and can walk you through healing from your traumatic event(s).

Family Intervention

No family issues are too big or too small for us to assist you with healing and becoming a healthy family.

Your marriage or relationship does not have to be unhealthy. We can help you to heal the broken places and make it better and more enjoyable.

Counseling

Focuses on emotional resolutions from the past; Healing oriented; Addresses Mental Health; Diagnosis is typically provided; and most insurances will cover the cost.

Coaching

Focuses on present and future “stuck points” and is movement oriented. Addresses life challenges, no diagnosis is needed. This is typically an out-of-pocket cost.

Consulting

We provide trainings and speaking engagements for your organization. Please contact us to see how we can help.

Insurances and Rates

We accept:

Tri-Care/Humana, Military One Source, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, and Aetna.

Rates for Self-Pay: $125/hr. for initial, 1.5-hour appointment. $85/hr. for Regular Individual or Couple Counseling. Coaching and Consulting packages are self-pay, so please call to inquire about our packages.
